In 1902 Judge and Mrs. Frank Warren generously provided two rooms above his Law office in downtown Holdenville for the purpose of providing a space for the much needed library. In August 1934 The Holdenville Library had a new home at Ninth and Oak, on land that was donated by Judge And Mrs. Frank Warren.

Mr. and Mrs. Rush G Leaming , on 29th and New York Avenue, announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Annie Grover, to Frank L. Warren, of Holdenville. The Ceremony will take place Thursday, June 25th at 7:50 p.m., at the home of the parents of the  bride-elect. Dr. J.B. Fuller will officiate. Mr. Warren is a talented young lawyer recently located here from van  Buren Arkansas. He is partner of F.L. Kistler and has made valuable friend during his sojourn here. he will arrive with his bride Monday .
